de los participantes, por el motivo de que el evento lo realizará todo su país y
además toda su zona horaria en el mismo momento.Por lo tanto, él apagón se
realizará por etapas, realizandose un efecto similar a las carreras con postas,
en el que cada zona horaria irá delegando su responsablidad a las otras mediante
se vaya sucediendo el día.Si el evento se hubiera realizado mediante la acción
conjunta de todo el planeta, en regiones enteras el evento no se hubiera podido
desarrollar por el cambio horario.Es importante que el apagón se pueda realizar
en todo el mundo ya que el motivo del evento que antes explicité lo deben
realizar la mayor cantidad de personas posibles. Otro motivo del formato del
apagón es que fui informado por algunos ecologistas, que el impacto de todo el
mundo volviéndose a reconectar sería perjudicial para el medio ambiente. Es
importante la realización del apagón en un ambiente seguro. Por lo tanto, no
promuevo el oscurecimiento de calles, aéreas públicas, hospitales, servicios de
emergencia, ni de semáforos o luces de alumbrado vial. Por lo tanto el formato
del apagón será de esta manera de las 9:50 pm a las 10 pm de la hora local de
